Terms of Service & Engagement

1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting knetwork.live, engaging our consultation services, or executing a Statement of Work (“SOW”) with KNetwork Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Engineering Services & SOWs

All custom software development, cloud infrastructure orchestration, and AI engineering services are executed pursuant to mutual Statements of Work specifying:

• Project scope and technical boundaries (what is in scope and what is explicitly excluded).
• Milestone schedules, deliverable acceptance criteria, and deployment checkpoints.
• Fixed-price milestone disbursements or monthly dedicated developer fees.

3. Intellectual Property Transfer

Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment for each milestone, KNetwork assigns to the client 100% of all right, title, and interest in and to the custom software code, database models, configurations, and documentation authored for that milestone.

Open Source & Standard Libraries: Components utilizing third-party open-source software (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD) remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Confidentiality & Security

Both parties agree to treat non-public source code, operational metrics, business logic, customer records, and product roadmaps as strictly confidential. Confidentiality obligations survive for five (5) years following the termination of the engagement.

5. Warranties & Bug Remediation

KNetwork warrants that all deliverables will conform in all material respects to the technical specifications outlined in the governing SOW for a period of thirty (30) calendar days following production deployment. During this warranty window, KNetwork will promptly correct reproducible code defects at zero additional charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will either party be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption). KNetwork's total aggregate liability arising out of any engagement will not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the applicable Statement of Work in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Inquiries & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. For legal notices:
